Course Description

Cooking to reduce diet-related chronic diseases and inflammation will support our resolutions to be healthier and happier in 2025. In this course, Tina will discuss how to reduce or eliminate unhealthy animal products in our everyday diets with healthy and tasty plant-based substitutes. Videos will provide additional information and recipes will be prepared… and tasted!

About Your Presenter: Tina Valdez

Tina is a Certified Nutrition Instructor and Food for Life Licensed Instructor who faced her own challenges with weight and chronic pain... and the emotional struggles that often accompany those challenges. Tina is an integrative health and nutrition coach who helps busy individuals overcome chronic pain, release excess weight, prevent or reverse disease, and establish a healthier life while embracing consistency and creating sustainable results.
