Are you caring for an aging loved one or are you aging yourself and need some additional support? Caring Connections will provide encouragement, education, and the support you need!

 

Deep-Dive Your Inner World: Expressing Through Images

Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00-5:30pm; 6-week class starts May 9-June 8

You will develop a body of work that explores your life story—personal experiences that make you who you are. Enjoy learning new techniques, engaging in discussions, and community as well as acquiring an artistic practice of self-reflection.

This drop-in class introduces skills, materials, and ways of thinking to aid in self-exploration and expression through art.
